Ferguson- "Big Mike" had just strong arm-robbed a convenience store (PICS)

You people... I swear. Did I say or even IMPLY that it was justified? NO! I am saying the facts are not as the lying eyewitness said they were and the fact that Brown is a violent felon changed everything. If the facts come out that the cop shot Brown while fleeing or shot him with his hands up or anything like that, the cop should be fucking hanged!

Employ some basic critical thinking, for christ's sake.

The cop that shot him did not know he was a robbery suspect.

Cops are thieves to. So by the logic in the OP, its OK to shoot cops on sight. Are you consistent? Then again, you're a minarchist;)

The officer is just as much of a criminal, probably moreso, than Brown....at least that seems to be how things are shaping up.

Ya, your Internet is slow. But if you could watch the the police chief, that is not exactly what he said.

If a man that is 6' 4" ~300 lbs rushes you after an already aggressive encounter that busied your face...guess what, you shoot.

But it is a he said she said event, because we don't have recording devices of the altercation.

What a fucking asshole if he was actually the person captured robbing that store. Way to make everyone who spoke up for you look like fools. I want to believe that the fact that he stole from the store a few moments before the incident that resulted in him getting shot shouldn't matter, but I know with human nature that criminals tend to react violently when they are trying to escape the law.

Violent enough that the cop genuinely believed his life was in danger? we will never know

It has been proven many times. Just play the game on passing a stories.

Unless you have evidence of this specific technique being used on witnesses, what you are doing is attacking the very idea of witness. This would present a serious problem with the Fourth Amendment, which relies on sworn oath or affirmation of witnesses, not to mention other ideas that rely on it such as trial by jury, or presentation of anything but the hardest forms of evidence.

Oh, it's not really a contested fact, that was Brown and Johnson robbing the QT store and shoving the clerk around.

It's sad that everyone fell for this. It's funny how this was made into a huge controversy while the black guy who was shot while in handcuffs was just dusted under the rug. Most of this nonsense is agenda driven & they want to emotionally manipulate others towards a prescribed solution of their choosing.

Yeah. I haven't watched any videos and don't have a lot of info...which is why I'm mostly keeping my big yap shut about it. Except that I'm pissed that these communities don't riot when a little girl is killed or come to the defense of people who are doing the right thing.

The cynical side of me says they wanted an excuse to loot, riot and get some attention--not because they actually gave a shit.

This is a good point.

With such a difference in size, the officer does not have realistic way of subduing Brown without lethal force, should Brown decide to attack, which is the what the police department is saying.

If this were an adult male charging a 20-year-old woman, this would be filed under 'the gun saved her life'.
