Feds Admit Prior Knowledge and Terror Listings for Boston Bombing Suspect

It definitely looks and smells like a set up, but I'm not sure I understand the "why" just yet.

There's of course 100 different reasons why they would want to set up this bombing... hard part is figuring out which ones... I'm sure the city-wide lockdown precedent was a happy bonus, for example, but I don't think that's a primary objective (or at least I hope not, though it could be I suppose). Same thing with the reports about trying to associate the suspected bombers with Infowars... clearly, that's another happy bonus... but not a primary objective (or at least I hope not!)

What was their primary objective with the set up? Or is that simply yet to be seen?

What was the secret service doing there?...

I bet they were monitoring the drill and taking part in it so they could get a taste of what martial law is going to be like and how best to protect the president when martial law is declared.

I think without a doubt the primary objective was the martial law drill. They wanted to see how well people would cooperate in a martial law situation. The people of Watertown seemingly showed no opposition at all, at least not that I have heard of to this invasion of their homes and the denying of their rights to leave or enter their homes in the area.

Step off my property!

Identify yourself!

I'm armed and will protect my family!

Please present your warrant!

The sounds of sedition today....:o

Wouldn't the founders be proud? .................Puke!

Let's see them try that in the chicago projects.

Your dead, FYI.

"Paramilitary police were conducting a routine house-to-house search for a murder suspect, when a homeowner ambushed them with an assault rifle with high capacity magazines. The homeowner was overwhelmed by the armored personnel carrier and SWAT operatives. Upon a subsequent search of the house, several guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition were found, as well as bomb-making supplies (under his sink)"

See how easy that is? And all the sheep will fall over themselves thanking their overlords...

Lol. If this happened in chicago, they would be screwed. Gangster Disciples would not take kindly to marshal law.

I think what we saw in boston was a result of several things. They knew they wouldn't meet much resistance from from middle class white people. (Is that correct? I'm not sure if they were upper middle, lower middle, or whatever, but they were essentially disarmed by laws they follow, and also had things to lose.)

I'm guessing the cops/military involved would balk at an assignment in a different environment. The nice parallel between boston and poor ass chicago is that firearms are pretty much prohibited in both locations. This tells me that the legality of firearms is *not* the defining characteristic of who they'd decide to bully.

Now, GD also has something/much to lose. They are also prohibited from owning firearms. Bullies pick on people who won't fight back. Dare I say, there may be a time when people decide it's safer to go live in the chicago projects than the boston suburbs. That, to me, is one fucked up conclusion.
