Rancher happens to be the State coordinator for C4L also, and a primary mover in our NCGOP efforts of 08 and 09. I bet a lot of good would come from coordinating locally with her especially in re finding manpower, and maybe even (as someone suggested earlier) calling on that manpower to help with locating a black Republican Constitutionalist to fit the racially gerrymandered district...
