Do you know if the point system is the same? Ex: On ESPN for QB's it is: 1 point for every 25 passing yards. 4 points for touchdown pass. 6 points for rushing touchdown. RB's: 1 point for every 10 rushing/passing yards and 6 points for a touchdown catch/run.

Yeah you have total control over all that in Yahoo.

I think the Yahoo defaults are 1 point for 25 passing yards, 3 for touchdown passes and 6 for RTDs. RBs are the same. But the commissioner can set the points wherever the group decides they want it.

I took 2nd in my league last year. I'm out for blood.

I'm in. Couldn't we do a 10-team league if we don't get 12?
Perhaps, but I'm sure we'll be able to get 12 people pretty easily. The less teams the less skill is involved with winning the league in my humble opinion.

I'll be in if you need 1 more, though right now I have 3 dynasty teams and 2 redrafts taking priority, so I'm fine just being an alternate. I'm kind of a gambling junkie, if you can't tell...

BTW, if you're having trouble getting everyone online to draft, you can just set up a free trial league with myfantasyleague.com (which is completely awesome, but it's way more features and too complicated for a simple free redraft league. Not to mention it costs $70-90 to keep, so definitely not for free leagues), but you can do only do the draft there for free. Then you can be able to set a 24 hour timer or even none at all (though the only downside of this way, is you need everyone to be able to check in at least once a day, or it goes at a snails pace). Then you just transfer the players to the teams on Yahoo. Might be a decent alternative, because it's tough to get everyone online to draft nowadays.

Not to derail my own thread, but do you play poker or blackjack?

Yes, though I stopped doing so much online poker and sportsbooks when the legislation made it a pain in the ass to deposit funds. Now I do mostly fantasy football for both the convenience and camaraderie.

I don't like or trust the online or video blackjack games like they have at the Cherokee casino in NC (you sit at an actual table, but it's all done on video. It sucks), but I try to make it out to Tunica, MS at least once a year to play blackjack, craps (and my bro actually hit a royal flush on a game called Mississipi Stud, that's a lot of fun).
