When Palestinians try to seek independence, Obama's masters issue all sorts of threats to Palestinians. At the same time, Palestinians are denied equal rights including right to live with a spouse. For how long this racial oppression drama under the guise of religious extremism will continued to be funded by US tax payers? There is simply no excuse for it post 9/11.

Supreme Court upholds ban on Palestinians living with Israeli spouses

Judges were divided in their stance on the Citizenship Law, with six justices voting to uphold it and five opposing it.

A legal challenge to a law that bans Palestinians from living in Israel with spouses who are Israeli citizens was rejected by a panel of Supreme Court justices yesterday.

The judges were divided in their stance on the Citizenship Law, with six justices voting to uphold it and five opposing it. The six recognized the existence of couples' constitutional right to live together but added that this does not necessarily require that they make their home in Israel. The majority ruled that even if the law did harm constitutional rights such as the right to equality, the infringement was proportional and not in conflict with Israel's Basic Laws, the set of legislation with constitutional standing.

The dissenting justices, who included Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch, took the position that the Citizenship Law violated the Basic Laws, saying that it also violated the constitutional principle of equality because the vast majority of Israeli citizens deprived of reunification with their Palestinian relatives would be Israeli Arabs.

The legal challenge was mounted by the Adalah Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, the Association of Civil Rights in Israel, as well as affected individuals, among others.

It appears all those pictures of the world's largest concentration camp known as GAZA, always seem to never make it to US media displays. I can't seem to find those pics of the electrified barbed wire and landmines around GAZA and other locations. Yes landmines...

Did you hear Israeli government wants to make it a criminal offense if anyone calls Israelis, "Nazis"

factoid: US landmine manufacturers earned $125 million producing landmines last year.

Well put!

I was about to get angry, until I realized that this is Israels Supreme Court...

As far as my political beliefs go, a foreign, sovereign power can do within their borders as they see fit. That does not, however, mean that the United States should back and uphold that authority.

That region is so fucked up anyway. Wouldn't want anything to do with it.

At least the Israelis have a deliberative court process. I disagree with their Court's decision, but ask yourself if the Palestinian Authority would even go through the process of considering giving Jews citizenship. This is all irrelevant to supporting Ron Paul who is PRO-Israel and PRO-Zionism, understood correctly.

Would be so cool if arabs who get angry at America over Israel's actions started to see things same way. But US paying for 25% of Israeli budget and using its veto to defend Israeli actions time after time UN may be coming in the way.

Because it's not apartheid when Israel does it.

Yea, because 4 million died at Auschwitz, I mean 1.5 million, shit it doesn't matter. Don't you know what the suffering these people have been through? How could any decent person oppose their right to exist? Only a racist could question Israeli policy.

To be fair, Israel is giving residency permit to husband of Israeli man and did not ban their living together... though he is not of Palestinian race:

State refuses citizenship to Israeli man's husband

The couple is recognized as being married when it comes to paying taxes and the like, but not when it comes to applying for and receiving social benefits.

An Interior Ministry regulation prevents the same-sex partners of Israeli citizens from receiving Israeli citizenship. The ministry's Population Registry tells the couples they will have to settle for permanent residency status only.

Maayan Zafrir, an Israeli citizen, met Felipe Javier Episcopo, of Uruguay over the Internet in 1998. In 2001, after meeting several times in Israel and in Uruguay, Javier Episcopo moved to Israel to start life together as a couple. They began the process of having Javier Episcopo recognized as Zafrir's common-law partner. Javier Episcopo received a visa and a work permit upon arrival in Israel. He was granted temporary residency in 2005.
