He isn't doing it out of some philosophical reason, he is doing it because he saw how much attention Rand Paul is getting. He should get Rand Paul a water and sit back down.
 
Suddenly, Rubio. I won't assume he's just leeching off of this. If he truly does feel this way about it, then by all means. Though considering both Rubio and Paul are considered top contenders for the GOP in 2016, I have to wonder if Rubio appearing would take away any of Paul's thunder considering the GOP's obsession over him.
 
Yeah that was weird, I briefly saw it in a new heading called "Top News", did some mod or something try to move it to a non existent board lol?
