Ah, thanks! Planning on getting re-certified First Aid this year and adding Advanced First Aid from a Security School to my skill list.

thanks, good information there.

I have taken emergency training and basic first aid, but while it was supposed to be for emergencies (earthquakes etc) it didn't really get into what to do if supplies are limited, come to think of it.
