I know you're not a fan of bringing religion into things outside of the designated forum, but I just paged through Fox's Book of Martyrs and several accounts of The Killing Times in Scotland following The War of the 3 Kingdoms recently, and some of the accounts included people being roasted alive rather than recanting their faith and even going so far as to taunt their executioners by telling them to turn them around so that both sides would be equally charred.

I don't know if I'd have such intestinal fortitude when push comes to shove, but when I weight that against a woman caving under threats of violence when her own husband may well have been the victim of foul play, my sympathies are measured accordingly.

That's where she frequently appeared before working for Rand. She's a Daily Beast contributor, and MSNBC frequently pulls personalities from that outlet to appear on their programs.

Maybe she is trying to "change MSNBC from the inside?" Kind of like people around here are trying to "change the GOP from the inside?"

That whole story about Hastings scared the shit out of me. He literally SAID he was going to be taken out and was scared of the government thugs... then POOF! He dies in a mysterious car crash/explosion... then the FBI lied about investigating him.... it's too much.

I didn't know his widow was on Rand's campaign. Interesting.

A non-person she's not. Her husband was an American hero who almost certainly got taken out for investigating our government.
