E-mail Tim Russert!

I sent my email in. Everyone needs to do this to all of their news stations to get the image across that Ron Paul is WANTED!

He thinks Ron Paul is not a major candidate, but Chris Dodd is? He has been at ZERO PERCENT in the polls since the race started!!!!!!! Does he really think we are going to buy that?

Where do you see he is not including Ron Paul? THat list on the right of the webpage you linked is the people he has already interviewed.

I also don't see anywhere that he isn't including Ron Paul. I hope people didn't just fire off and write nasty e-mail without over this. More appropriate would be a polite note about how enjoyable the show is and how we are looking forward to seeing Ron Paul on it.

Registered yet? Delegate yet? Poll Worker and/or Vote Count Watcher yet? Hit the streets with literature/DVDs yet? Circulated a petition yet? Attend GOP meetings (township - county – state) yet? Canvassed collecting names and phone numbers yet? Pass out registration forms to your meetup group yet? Promoted Ron Paul to you church, gunshows, anti-war rallies, prolife meetings, home school organizations, anti-amnesty groups, etc. yet? Call talk radio shows and pitch Ron Paul yet? Write letters to your local newspapers yet? Sent letters to celebrities asking for an endorsement yet? Ask your local television stations to profile/interview Ron Paul yet?

Do people still think dominating DIGG is a priority? WTF

My feedback to Russert:
Mr. Russert,

I loved the tough and probing questions in the Giuliani interview today! I think it would be great to see some tough questions for Ron Paul as well. His constitutional solutions deserve to be discussed. Thank you.

Here's the producers address:
Meet the Press Producer - Michelle Jaconi - [email protected]

I looked at the page and Ron Paul is excluded (so is Kucinich). Considering their grassroots support, and in Dr Paul's case, rising poll numbers, and epic fundraising, you would think they'd be sure to list him. I think a torrent of thoughtful polite emails requesting our candidate would be appropriate for the situation. Please avoid vulgarity, threats, and rudeness. We don't want to reflect poorly on Dr Paul.

I agree that we should all be doing more than just digging and sending emails. It's time to get out in the street however and where ever you are. There are canvassing operations, letter writing campaigns, and a myriad of meetup operations you help out on. Let's fight! This is our country!

I did a little reverse psychology with my e-mail. I said he should put Ron Paul on his program to show people he isn't the great person everyone makes him out to be. :D

Mr. Russert-

I completely understand if you need more time to search for dirt on Ron Paul in order that you may go after him like you did Rudy Guilliani but I sincerely hope you decide to invite him on to Meet the Press at some time in the next few weeks.

My Feedback:

Mr Russert and Meet the Press Staff,

Please consider having Ron Paul on your show, even though the national "polls" show Dr. Paul 5th or so, his following is definitely there. His supporters dwarf any of the other candidates at every event and his views are in sync with what the American people want.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Edit: wtf MSNBC.com hates Firefox

My message:

Please explain to me why that you have excluded Ron Paul from your recent series. Are you afraid of his momentum? I see that you have included nearly everyone else and cannot think of another explanation, therefore, I need your help; please explain.

Here's what I sent:

I feel that your exclusion of Ron Paul in your series of candidate interviews is a gross disservice to your viewers and the American voters. The other candidates are all practical clones of each other with barely subtle nuances separating them. Dr. Paul is the only one bringing any fresh ideas or alternative views into the process. His exclusion only serves to further entrench us in the now weary process of voting "for" a candidate only to prevent the opposing party from gaining power. The citizenry of this nation are tired of voting against someone and yearn for someone to vote FOR. Dr. Paul is that person; however, without equal representation in media overviews, his message of liberty is stifled by the corporate executives in control of the outlets.

Thank you
