That there was already work going on, and this was back in the mid 1970s, on rapidly shifting antigen viral strains that could result in a 99.99% mortality and morbidity airborne virus.

Yeah I believe they mentioned this in the commentary on the DVD. Of all of King's work, this is the only one that I find even slightly disturbing and it is simply because it is the most possible and honestly I am susprised this has not happened yet.

You do know that Dugway was also a center of MK Ultra testing.
