Drudge: Rick Perry Physically Grabs Him, Points at His Face, gets aggressive

I just came back from an event the campaign held this morning and Dr. Paul joked at first saying that Perry said things that he wouldn't be able to say on tv. He said the truth is though that he really didn't remember the incident and couldn't recall what the exchange was about.

This site is generally NOT pro-Paul. Romney supporters and undecideds don't seem to have liked what Perry did.

The Romney supporters are obviously trying to get brownie points with Paul supporters. They want us to back them in the general. Feelings about Romney aside, let's play nice. They also want to knock Perry down about 5 pegs. I'm sure this was all combined with genuine disgust.

Perry supporters continue to deny Perry's epic fail in the debate on two different fronts.

Rick Perry gets pulled over and bullies a female cop
Watch as Rick gets out of the passenger seat, walks back to the officer and tries to bully his way out of the situation.
the man's a sociopath

He knows perfectly well what it was about but probably doesn't want to make a big issue of it.

The article comments have devolved into a Romney vs. Perry war...Bizarre.

This is great - its proof positive we are threat and the campaign is doing something right... they need to keep the pressure on Perry and just let RP do his thing.
This
This makes me think that if Ron keeps pushing Perry, he might blow up during a debate, which could cause him to destroy himself. It looks like he might have a temper problem. Ron should use this to his advantage.

I dont know if obama, being the biggest Narcissist to take office in American history, can manage himself in front of a camera without going off at someone Nero/Hitler style....then I'm sure Perry can hold his composure...at least while he thinks people are watching.

I agree, but this story is catching fire and he'll have to address it sooner or later.

He said the Des Moines Register interviewed him this morning and asked him about it and he told them the same thing...that he didn't remember the exchange.

If ron doesn't remember it, we should stop pushing it as an issue.

Let's hammer Perry hard with his record instead. He needs to get exposed for what he is.

I'm not suggesting we keep pushing it. However, for the first time in my life I don't think Ron is telling the truth here. Claiming he doesn't remember any of it just makes me wonder what kind of threat Rick Perry made and what they "agreed" to.

It will be interesting to see if the aggressive attacks against Rick Perry continue.

Edit: While I don't think Ron Paul would be intimidated by any threats to himself, he does have a lot of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren he loves, and I would not put anything past Rick Perry.
