Dr. Paul needs to take down Romney like he did with Gingrich!

Even many of the pundits agree (not that they are usaully right) but that you need to act like a Frontrunner to be the front runner.

Dr. Paul needs to take down Romney on Electability just as they have tried with him. Romneycare and Wallstreet bailout corruption linked with his lack of electability with Republicans just like he did Gingrich. He needs to do this in NH.

We are already rising in the polls there, and will get a bump from IA.

I agree. Mitt needs to be exposed, and the ad needs to include a portion about NorthernPass.

If we had unlimited funds I'm all for attacking Romney like nuts the problem is that most of America has formed their opinion of the man already so it would take an obscene amount of money to have an impact.

Ron's negativity numbers continue to be high everywhere. We have to spend our money fixing the MSM hatchet job they did on the Doctor. Also Romney is running a boring message, we have an opportunity to brand ourselves as the Hope/Change of 2012 cycle.

We should go positive, super positive. I thought the new NH ad did a pretty good job of threading the needle.

The campaign has said they are not going after the same voters that Mitt is. Too many armchair pundits.

Negative ads work. I think there needs to be a mix. I posted in another thread I'd like to see an ad that starts with a clip of reporters in 2008 talking about the bailouts, how expensive they'll be, how letters to congress are going 500 to 1 against the bailouts. Cut to some clips about Romney's huge donations from Goldman Sachs and other bailout recipients, hit a clip tying Goldman to the bailouts and a clip of Romney pumping the bailouts. Cut to Paul on the house floor giving an impassioned speech against the bailouts and talking about how we need to 'take our country back' or something. Make the contrast nice and stark, exposing that Romney is a sellout and Paul is the only one that can be trusted.
