Dr. Kurt: Why I Will Never Choose to Vaccinate my Own Son and Any Future Kids my Wife and I Ha

So, don't talk to me about having blanket faith in western medicine. I used to have exactly that, but never again.

I don't have blanket faith in western medicine, or anything, except perhaps the scientific method.

" I found one of the preeminent research MDs in the country, if not the world, and luckily he accepted me as his patient." he was a scientist, not a holistic healer.

He was both, actually.

He is board-certified in Orthopedic medicine, board-certified in Neurology, has a PhD on the Central Nervous System and is on the cutting edge of alternative medicine.

Kind of like Marcus Welby and Albert Einstein, all mixed together in one person. Undeniably, one of the most brilliant men I have ever met.

That's nice and all, but when you are writhing in pain and have to literally count the seconds to survive the night, you are fine with a doctor testing protocols on you. In fact, you will BEG for it.

It's one of those things where you have to have lived through it. If you haven't, you simply don't know what you are talking about.

Fair enough, that's different though, than quacks who will say lyme disease isn't a disease and it's a scam by drug companies to sell you useless remedies.

On the cutting edge of alternative medicine? Let's ditch the labels for one second, was his basis for treating and recognizing lyme disease based on research and evidence (or "I have no evidence yet, but I am willing to put it to the test")? If so, he's a scientist. If he had views which were "I have no evidence but that's not the point" that would be quack, and I certainly agree, if you've exhausted all other options, you'd try something else.

"FLAWED RESEARCH:

The scientific mantra of vaccines is that they are safe and effective based on their research. Their research is flawed and is a double standard from any other drug product studied. The Gold Standard in research design is the double blinded, randomized controlled trial (RCT).

This means that people are split into 2 groups randomly and participants are given either the real thing or the fake thing being tested. Then progress is charted on who gets better, who gets worse, and the like. In theory there should be no bias as to reporting because the researchers don’t know who is in the placebo or the real intervention group.

How many vaccines have ever been studied in this manner? ZERO!"

So is this quack kook conspiracy theorist tin foil hat wearing non MD telling the truth?
Its statements like I quoted that would prove this wacko bird doesn't know what he's talking about.

Bust out the studies!

Prove him wrong!!!!!

You're still not getting it. At the time, the "quacks" were the CDC and 99% of the medical doctors in this country who kneeled down before the aforementioned believing they could never be wrong.

I already told you that if the correct bands are tested, lyme disease, the bacteria that is, shows up in lab tests. For quite a few years, the CDC was recommending a POS test and it took them a long time to change it even when shown scientific facts.

Sorry, but that doesn't deserve a response.

Congratulations on knowing nothing about human testing protocols, and not being afraid to use lots of exclamation points.

This has been discussed over and over. This is type of test violates the ethical rules of human testing, because nobody in their right mind would suggest giving half of a control group a placebo then intentionally exposing them to a disease to see how many of them got sick and died.

Ergo, your expert of choice is suggesting the same type of testing that the Nazis did, and is indeed a wacko bird.

However, a quick pubmed search for "vaccine" and "safety" reveals literally thousands of publications. Many of these are studies reporting on vaccine trials, in which they look at safety, immunogenicity and efficacy as part of the same study.
