Fellow Rand supporters,

I've been by a few times to say thank you for your support and I have one last chance to remind you that there are other important races in Kentucky today, including my own -- the Third District House race.

When I issued a heartfelt endorsement of Dr. Paul in April (SEE IT HERE), I was doing more than just reflecting my feelings on the Senate race. I was also issuing a clarion call for passionate Americans and specifically Kentuckians to see that there were other candidates with similar political viewpoints to support.

Today I am humbly asking for you and your fellow Rand Paul supporters to consider my candidacy as you cast a ballot.

If you're in Louisville, I ask for your vote today against a bevy of hand-picked or flawed candidates in the GOP primary.

Thank you for your time. I have enjoyed my forays here.

I find elections invigorating. They are the best and clearest representations of the power of Democracy. Win or lose, I believe I am a better man for the experience...though winning would certainly make a nice experience even better, huh?

Good luck. I cast my ballot for Rand Paul today.

Sincerely,

Brooks Wicker

Thank you very much, everyone.

Yes, I have a couple of activists I can contact. Mica SIms and Candy BUtters both have pretty extensive networks.

If you are elected to congress, will you still be active here? Would be nice to hear from you :) Don't forget your roots... sort of ;)

Checking in from the Third District...

Cannot thank you enough for your votes and support.

I never forget friends. Never.

come fall, there will be coat-tails!!! good luck on
the turn-out given that the day is merrie and long!

a few more hours and then rand sweeps!
a few more hours and then trey concedes!
good luck mr. brooks wicker as we see the
finish line! this has been an intense race!

Indeed. Working on every man, woman and (over 18) child I can get ...

Don't be afraid to bug your friends, family or neighbors ...

i'm in N.E but i do have distant relatives in kentucky.
i got drawn into the race & thusly i am at a distance
but i can sometimes see the national coverage on
my tv set. although i do not have cable, if i see a fair
and wise story about rand's race that is mainstream
accurate, i make a mental note of the same! good luck!

5:00 is looming and thusly since KY polls close at 6 p.m... this gives
everyone a little under an hour and 15 min. to get people to the polls!
