Doug Wead Blog: "Ron Paul stuns in Arizona, upset win is game changer!"

Doug Wead just added an Update at the bottom of the blog.

"Update: Friends in Oklahoma insist that the convention which continued on the parking lot outside was indeed legal, had the quorum needed, and resulted in another win for Ron Paul. I hope they are right and we need to support that process legally and follow the challenges involved."

There is going to be a huge fight for these two states, all the way to Tampa....

If Doug and the Campaign cannot lead, then they need to move aside......The Grassroots is moving ahead with or without them.

At least Doug commented on this weekend even if it was not completely, correct. Nothing yet on the Official Campaign Website about this weekend. Pathetic!!!

Not for nothing but I couldn't agree with you more!!! I have been saying the very same thing to myself now for the last couple of months!! The official campaign website IS PATHETIC!!!! RON PAUL FORUMS should be the OFFICIAL campaign website!!! People get more info here then they do there by ALOT!!!

Can someone articulate what is wrong with Doug's take on yesterday's events. I watched it all unfold myself...And other than demanding someone's head (which is probably fair) his blog is pretty accurate on what 'officially' happend. He even opens the point...

"Taking a chapter from Missouri, they tried to convene outside the venue in the parking lot, claiming a plurality and calling to do things in order. But was it too late? Challenges will surely follow."

If Doug goes bonkers claiming the pizza party outside the hotel was valid and that the establishment is full of haters and brainwashed elderly hugging their breathing tanks spiked with Scopolamine vapor...he runs the risk of rubbing the establishment the wrong way even further. Doug is in a 'cant please nobody' situation half way between a grassroots ready to tear down the walls of injustice...a legitimate candidate he works for tiptoeing through the landmines of a system designed to keep him and "threats" like him out...and an establishment working hard to keep it that way. Doug can only go so far, he needs to stay with the official lines...yet root and w00t for us and our shenanigans without anyone really seeing it.

Also, I understand the skepticism to some of the campaign's decisions, and the frustration with their errors. However, do remember that it's difficult for a small campaign team to be perfect. They don't have an entire establishment helping them out with information, loopholes, etc. I believe we need to make Doug a more frequent viewer of the forums. The grassroots forums is our quickest, most detailed, and most accurate sources of information in a large majority of scenario's.

Truly WTF.

Our choice of words is crucial at this moment.

These honourable stalwarts of our republic persevered in continuing the convention outdoors on the same grounds after an attempt to illegally adjurn the OK meeting by currupt insiders.

Half of everything is what you call it.

"parking lots full of strangers" is not a catch phrase to ignite.

meme war,

presence

Yep. Here's what I just Tweeted, with video attached:

Mitt Romney Geezers Assault Ron Paul Patriots at #okgop Convention.

Hope they get on it and can state that it has been verified!

All of this misinformation and confusion isn't a sign of a failing campaign. It's a sign of a disconnect in crucial information and contact between the grassroots and the campaign itself. Needs improved, don't bite Doug Wead's head off. Sometimes I fear that people are transitioning into the mob rule mentality, within our own grassroots.

Doug really needs to get together with whoever is it that ran the OK convention from the parking lot. Jake Peters?

So if this is to be believed, the exact OPPOSITE of what RPF thought happened yesterday is what actually happened, and we won AZ and lost OK (delegate wise)?

What the hell was Doug and the campaign doing last night? He has to get info from 'friends in Oklahoma' after posting his blog to know one of the most momentous events in this Liberty movement happened last night in Oklahoma?

It's a bizarre world. Yep, looks like we're on our own. I just hope those folks in Oklahoma don't see Doug's blog and blow off going to Tampa.

Really....WTFingF?????

Let's not blame Doug. It's easier to blame Collins.

we got at least half in arizona.

yeah, that's what Wead is saying. In AZ, the person on the stream was hoping to duplicate what they did in OK. Which if they did better in AZ than OK, would make no sense. Maine was easier. We won everything.
