Don't forget the RNC delegate rule changes! They need to be changed back before 2016

Hat tip to Forbes for the reminder about the RNC delegate rule changes in the 2012 fraud convention. Those rule changes need to be repealed. Keep offering resolutions from state GOP conventions condemning the rule changes! They need to go before 2016. State conventions are ongoing now.

Yeah but I meant to keep pushing resolutions condemning the rule changes at state conventions so everyone (GOP grassroots of all stripes) is well aware of the changes in advance and can push for a change back at the 2016 convention. Hope that makes sense. It's also something we all need to keep in mind as part of strategy for Rand's grassroots.

The popular vote will win the nomination. Being a delegate in a primary state is good for influence locally but it's not going to win the nomination.

In the few caucus states, sure, become a delegate because it is key to a win but don't try to act like you're going to go to the RNC with a "delegate strategy" to win the nomination away from the popular vote. It's just not going to work.

This is debatable but now is not the time. The rules were changed. They can be changed back. Or to something else. Big picture, friend. Just a reminder to grassroots folks here.

If you think there is any possibility you might want to be a Republican delegate for Rand in 2015/2016, then get involved NOW! Don't wait until it's time to file for delegate. That's what makes them hate us more than our views. The idea that we can just pop in once every four years and get a say at the national level while they work the polls, man the festival booths, and walk the parades locally is offensive, as it should be. It's coming upon festival season. Call your GOP committee and ask how to get involved. If they don't follow up (like many don't) then just show up at parades or festival booths and introduce yourself. Look for events to attend.

I'm not saying you have to support statists. I don't. There are local candidates I support, and have even helped one get elected. It's much more fulfilling than fighting the delegate wars once every four years.
