Does Ron Paul believe I'm going to hell?

Ron Paul is entitled to his beliefs, and I am entitled to mine. He may believe that I am going to hell because i do not accept Jesus Christ as my lord and savior, but I don't believe that either of us are going to hell because hell is a punishment reserved for those people who commit terrible crimes, and are cruel and callous towards their fellow man, not for those who do not observe christian doctrine. Most Christians believe I'm going to hell, some have even told me to my face. Ron Paul would not be the first, or the last.

As long as he never tries to convert me, there will never be any issues.

Of course not inflyboats.

As an atheist, I understand that Dr. Paul respects my freedom of choice.

I also respect his faith.

All is good.

Dr. Paul never made a big deal about his faith.

He was always very uncomfortable when probed.

He is a true Republican.

Does one go to hell for masturbating? Is masturbation a sin?

This one I had not heard about. Please point out in the scriptures where it says that.

Every sperm is sacred.
Every sperm is great.
And if a sperm is wasted,
god gets quite irate.

Let the heathen spill theirs
on the dusty ground.
God shall make them pay
for each sperm that can't be found.

Say ahhhh...

Im sorry, but science disagrees. Not finding a way to ejaculate at least 3x a week is a great way to get prostate cancer.

Now if only the Bible was a bigoted limerick book.

I guess every time I blow my load, it should be for procreation...

I think pointlessly debating or contributing to a conversation that hardly started on a serious note is rather immature.

Do YOU think Ron Paul's believes the OP is going to hell?

I mean c'mon.. seriously. I'll provide constructive comments to constructive questions. Hmm k.

So why do people start a thread if they are not being serious?
What was the whole idea of this thread in the first place?

I thought from the look of the original posting, I would seriously try to answer the original posters question.
Just how does one distinguish a serious thread from one that is sarcasm?
I never saw any indication this thread was started as sarcasm.

Now please provide the name of the book and the chapter and verse this is found in.
I can tell you right now, this is not in the Bible.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_views_on_masturbation

Religion has been invented as a tool of social control in the interests of tribal leadership. The believers (i.e. slaves of the religious elite) were a resource to be optimized for their masters' gain. If your sheep started relieving their sexual instincts in such a way that would diminish their potential numbers (and your profits), you'd be upset too. The sexual productivity of a tribe must be optimized to produce as many field workers and warriors as possible!

This is why the Ron Paul movement needs to become more than just a cult of personality of a politician who isn't even running in the upcoming election. Ron Paul is a short bleep on the radar of history. The broader libertarian movement has roots going back quite a while, but it is just getting on its feet thanks to the Internet and it will be around for centuries to come.

the "libertarian" movement (as represented by the "libertarian" party) is retarded, insignificant, irrelevent and diluded.

laughable, really.

at least someone had enough sense to not have C-SPAN cover the entire convention this go round.

The (big-L) Libertarian Party doesn't hold a monopoly on (small-l) libertarian politics. Far from it. If it did, it would get about 24,000,000 votes. Most people who'd score libertarian on the Nolan Chart, that is the people who believe the government should be below say 10% of GDP and don't believe in persecuting victimless crimes, are unfortunately still voting for the "lesser of two evils", or not voting at all.

Libertarians vote for the lesser of evils as well.

I can tell you right now, this is not in the Bible.

It's somewhere between the sections on how to properly punish your slaves, and the bit about stoning to death an unmarried daughter who isn't a virgin.

If you don't know the book, chapter and verse, then it in your imagination.
