San Bernardino and Colorado Springs were both done by US citizens (San Bernardino's wife was not a citizen). Not illegal immigrants. Illegal immigration basically stopped in 2007 as you know. They aren't the problem- just the excuse. And there are those who would use that as an excuse to reduce freedoms for everybody. Colorado Springs was a Christian. Where is the call to ban visitors who are Christian?
made a valid point to stop all immigration from terrorist supporting counties.

I think he is on the same level of racist as Obama and with his leadership white racism will be encouraged like Obama has encouraged black racism. The difference is he is far more of a authoritarian personality and doesn't think about the constitution AT ALL. His attitude is get his policy objectives implemented by whatever means he can get by with. He will take executive power in the presidency one giant step above the past presidents.

And what was racist about that; it appears to me to be about behavior? Seems to me it's only you and groups who love to race-bait that are focusing on the guy's race.

LOL the guy had a shirt on that said "Black Lives Matter", it was definitely racially motivated. But it is futile to try and explain such concepts to a Bircher like yourself who must have the last word at all costs. Have a nice day.

Don't worry zippy policies that you advocate will turn that around shortly more illegals coming to kill like 911 soon. Thanks buddy.

Because illegal immigrants are all killers?

I also voted other, if he was a committed bigot his rhetoric wouldn't be so utterly self-contradictory and spur-of-the-moment. He's tapping into the anger of the ignorant and the stupid, and one of the groups include in such a voting block is a good number of bigots.

What bothers me isn't so much Trump's notion of putting controls on immigration and deporting illegals, but more so that he's clearly lying about it and otherwise principled Paleo-conservatives are eating it up and asking for seconds.

There were two tragic shootings in last couple of weeks in the US. Trump may need to answer the question that is coming up more and more in recent days, why he only talks about the suspected terrorist shooting in San Bernardino but says nothing about the suspected terrorist shooting in Colorado Springs?

Gee, I don't know? Maybe because Trump isn't a complete and utter moron and he understands the difference between a lone nut and an organized movement that in the last month alone has blown up 224 people over the air in Egypt, went on a rampage in Paris that killed 130, and killed 14 people in California?

People are fed up with the left's idiotic "racism" card. That more than anything is what is driving Trump's numbers.

Are you saying that their numbers were declining instead of rising during that time period? That the chart is wrong?

If the number of undocumented immigrants was actually falling, then we certainly don't have a problem with illegal immigration. If the number was rising and you only object to the scale (amount) of illegal immigrants, then the correlation still exists that despite a rise in these illegal "killer" immigrants has not led to a rise in homicides but the opposite as the chart shows. That means we aren't "importing killers" as some suggest.

I think having a secure border and metering immigration is fine and in line with American values, America wont exist much longer unless something is changed. Is that racist? Trump's rhetoric is often inflammatory and he says whatever dumb shit pops into his head but he's clearly working a winning strategy, I don't believe he is personally racist or bigoted. The media should learn about the story of the boy who cried wolf, calling somebody a racist now has no meaning besides that a leftist disagrees with you now. The more the establishment pushes against Trump, the more popular he becomes, they hate you! Trump destroying the party is not the worst thing that can happen in 2016.

Yeah, and I think people underestimate the value of a Trump Presidency. Having a President who is not in bed with the establishment of his own party increases the power of Congress, and even more so it increases the power of principled caucuses within the Congress. We will have much more leverage under a Trump Presidency than we would under an Establishment R or Establishment D. Plus there are issues Trump himself isn't bad on either such as immigration and foreign policy.

Trump knows exactly what he's doing. He knows the audience to which he speaks with this. He's speaking their language. The fact that the shirt said "Black Lives Matter" didn't go over anyone's head.

Donald Trump is a Northeastern liberal pretending to be a racist bigot.

The real question is why? Probably to help the Clintons is my guess.

I concur but let's also be a little honest. Maybe Trump actually does care about America. Or Trump is simply doing the bidding of the Clintons by damaging the Republican Party for 2016 and beyond.

Not sure if Trump is a racist, but I am sure that he is

--an authoritarian
--a statist
--a nativist
--a bully
--a blowhard
--a con man

You left off the biggest- he is a salesman and Donald Trump is his product. A good salesman tells the customer what they want to hear so he can close the deal.

It's the latter, I think I can actually make out Bill Clinton's arm up Trump's backside manipulating him every time he speaks.
