Do You Cut Your Own Hair?

I do, but then again I have a buzzcut.

I don't know how Randal does it. He must use scissors with those golden locks. Quite a trick.

Substantial manual dexterity is required, I assure you.

I cut mine and I have shoulder-length hair, (well, sometimes I cut it chin length.) It's really not difficult to cut your own hair.

Same barber for 37 years (off and on when I've lived here). He's an octogenarian now. Steady hands. Straight razors the back of the neck and ears. Come out smelling the exact way as when I was 13. Nostalgia. $12.

I haven't been to a barber in 20 years.I cut my own hair,what's left of it,with scissors once every year or so and I don't use a mirror.

Somebody standing behind me in the checkout line at the grocery store probably thinks -
"Wow,that dude cuts his own hair with scissors and he doesn't use a mirror."

I had a cut-my-own-hair phase a few years ago. Screwed it up so bad at one point that I just shaved it all off and went bald for a while (not bad at all in the summer heat, actually). Then a neighbor who was an excellent haircutter rescued me.

I get a haircut and beard trim only for court. (Custody battle ongoing)

I pay for too.

Otherwise I trim the rough edges myself with 10" Wiss shears or 'lectric clippers.
