Its complicated . Most common blood type of native Americans is blood group O , O pos is most common in Africa and in Americas.

Olmec sculpture ( 1500 - 400 bc) all appears to be negroid so one would guess Africa but no dna supports it . Large ear spools seem dead giveaway related to Danke but some people in old olmec regions today still look similar ( Tobasco and veracruz)
