Despite claiming Obamacare was “not a tax,” Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that the Internal Revenue Service would be the “easiest enforcer” of penalties against those who refuse to comply with the new health care law.

Now as to the other matter of 4,000 new IRS employees, with soon to be hired another 16,500 new IRS agents (armed), what are they actually planning for? If this is just a simple credit, "tax reduction", penalty, or whatever else it is going to be labeled then why are any new employees even needed at all? The IRS' own Automated Collection System (ACS) can do must of the grunt work on this new wondrous tax feature.

This entire PPACA thing stinks to the maximus.

…And see this is exactly what establishments and bureaucracies do, they fashion a fictitiously ghosted-argument that is based entirely upon the result of their sought after action as their primary causation, which would have been blatantly moot and uncalled for, if not for their own manufactured atrociousness. It is as if they hold an instinctual desire to bend reality back upon itself and then to turn it inside out.

Healthcare is not a right, moreover its costs are ultimately dictated by the economics involved in the public markets, if the costs are rising due to the patient’s inability to pay, then it is the underlying causation to those ends that is to be realized and addressed. Mandating the privilege though penalty is not at all the correct solution, and if you believe that it is, then it is only so from the perspective of despots and simpletons.
