Districts with colleges.... are they in?

College students GENERALLY vote with their home districts via absentee balloting.

I don't know if it's like that in NH, tho
 
Darthmouth (Hanover), UNH (Durham), and St. Anselm's (Goffstown) all have zero precincts reporting
 
this is going to get us a 1-3% bump, i hope. but the real flip is gonna be obama shooting over Her Majesty when the college vote comes in.
