Arkansas DHS seizes fellow Ron Paul supporter's kids with NO investigation!

A friend of mine on Facabook, someone that I have known and chatted with many times during and after the Ron Paul campaign, Suzanne McHenry from Memphis, TN (actually west memphis = Arkansas) apparently had her children STOLEN from her by the DHS.

Here is what she posted on Facebook and the PrisonPlanet forums:
Today the Arkansas DHS decided to take my 3 babies away from me for a 72 hour period without an investigation done first. Reason for they been taking away is that my daughter Amie had said I had burnt her with a cigerrete whilst being in and out of the Pool on memoral day cook out, so there for Ar DHS had to take my babies away....I ask for all of you to pray

At 12:10am today she also psoted to her Facebook page:

I thank you all for your prayers and support thru out this distressing time that my hubby and I are going thru, please keep praying and all I want is my 3 babies back at home. I shall be seeking an attorney tomorrow morning to get my babies back from the ARKANSAS DHS. It is a distressing time, please review my prior status regarding this I am wore out from crying. I just need my BABIES home with us I love them x
One of her children is less than 7 months old!

Suzanne's Facebook page is:

PLEASE add this desperate mother and fellow patriot to your friends list and send her words of encouragement!

(remember if this can happen to her, it can happen to you!)

Arkansas' DHS is the worst. Sometimes I think half that state's money comes from federal recompense for stolen children.

Talk about child slavery!!

I guess... If your kid claims you've been abusing him/her.

I see a lot of potential for embarrassment here.

She hired an attorney even though the "72 hour period" must be expiring within a few hours while citing "all I want is my 3 babies back at home", which either means she's distressed and confused, or is worried about what has been or will be discovered.

But then, I know nothing about her outside of that thread and what you've posted, so I may be way off base.

thought are with you

Remember, your children are NOT yours (for everyone). The moment you sign that birth certificate for them and SSN they are patrons of the state and you as a mother, father are only there to raise, feed, school etc...these future TAX payers into full blooded workers! If you dare hurt them, you are potentially compromising the integrity of future labour for this future tax payer. Remember, the countries with Central Banking systems have no value backed by their dollar (Gold, silver) other than the future working (tax) potential of the human resource (our children).

Too bad we all allow this to happen:mad:

I'd like to understand the circumstances under which the daughter told someone she had been burned. Had she been taken to the doctor for the burn? Was it a neighbor? How did DHS get this information? It is important for young children to be instructed to never talk about "family" to other adults, and to teach them how to respond to situations when this occurs.

I think she is worried about what kind of case they may fabricate against her.
One hires an attorney when he feels there will be possible charges brought against them. Just because an attorney is hired, one should not equate that with them having something to hide.

DHS? Isn't it usually DSS or CPS or something like that that takes your children? The Department of Homeland Security? I, too want more info on this.

Oklahoma, too, calls it's version of the federal DHHS the Department of Human Services. Not federal, but guess where most of their money comes from? You've got it--stealing children.

The tribal nations managed to get around this thievery and slavery. If DHS gets ahold of a native child, they have to give it up to the child's tribal government. Guess how interested the state is in abused Indian children? Not one whit. I know this from experience.

Oh, I believe it! Social workers get adoption subsidies for kidnapping. Guess who is then more likely to get kidnapped? The most adoptable children.

No, they aren't interested in Indian children because if the tribal government gets custody (and they do), that means no federal stipend for the state DHS. But, yes, I do think that white children are more likely to be taken whether abused or not than any other race.

That said, I don't think there's much if any difficulty finding adoptive parents for native kids. Mostly the tribes handle it, and try to get them adopted to tribal families in hopes that this will help preserve the heritage.

Sooooo....no one's asking about the cigarette burn part?

This sounds like an abusive situation, parents or State. Poor kids.

Well, yes. Like, for instance, who smokes in a swimming pool? And how do they do it?

She NEEDS an attorney! - CPS under whatever name, will lie, trick, coax and threaten in order to get you or your kids to say something that they can use to steal your kids. Do not let them in your house, do not talk to them without a lawyer present and don't let them them be alone without you (and your lawyer) present.

She needs to get in touch with THESE lawyers - a family law attny is not what you want.

If there is any truth to it, it sounds to me like she was holding a cig or had it in her mouth while helping the kid out of the pool or giving them a towel and oops...

but who knows?

I am by no means defending the state in this case, I think it is a much worse experience for the kids to be taken away than to have a simple cigarette burn.. but you do have to consider that at some point in time a really bad parent somewhere probably punished their kid by giving them a cigarette burn. Maybe. Who knows. And I'm certainly not insinuating this was the case here..

And honestly, I don't know the best way for the state to protect children since they often do not speak out about abusive situations in fear that they will be punished more severely, so how do you protect families' privacy and protect children? This could be a good chance for us to discuss this issue.. I mean, I honestly don't think that young adults (14-17) need to be protected from normal consensual relationships by the govt., but they should be protected from violence and abuse.

google CPS and deaths - you won't like what you find.

they also get a $2,000 bounty from the federal government for each child they steal

this isn't about protecting kids.
