The McCain strength is that he was a war hero and a POW. His weakness is a titanic temper and a willingness to take questions directly from citizens. Some people need to be where McCain will be campaigning and ask him some direct questions about his POW record.

Why did the Vietnamese call him "The Songbird"? How many lives were lost because of the information he gave to get better medical treatment? How many minutes did it take before he decided to talk, rather than resist? Why did he fight the POW/MIA act so strenuously? In the spirit of information, will he allow the debriefings from POWs to be released, since he is the main reason they are locked away? Google McCain POW

Pick your poison ! If you really want to get him, send a one of these to ALL your local media (each month umtil the election) and ask them why they aren't covering this. Our Ron Paul group sees it this way.Ron Paul must be part of the "Get McCain Elected" party.None of the candidates have ask these questions...including Ron Paul.
Looking at it that way,makes Ron Paul just as corrupt as the others.Maybe Ron Paul thinks these things are not important to Americans......oh how wrong he is.
Either he separates himself from the corrupt,or he will be considered to be corrupt as well.

That's pretty crazy, coming from someone who allegedly knows what Ron Paul stands for and how long he has fought for those beliefs - in the midst of the lion's den itself. And you think just because he doesn't try to cut McCain down about his war record, that he is complicit in all of Washington's corruption. I dear you to go to a Veteran - no matter who they are, and speak ill of them. It's just not right. And even though McCain might be guilty of all that, for RP to bring that up would be making him just like every other politicans - looking for point scoring and cutting down their opposition. Why don't you get mad at Ron Paul for not bringing up McCain's alleged affairs/liasons etc It's just not right. RP is all about people wanting to believe in the ideas of liberty and sound money and peace etc. I don't know if he has ever had a go at someone's personal life. It's just like all the rest of them.
Did you see Hillary point scoring on Obama this last few days about those 'elitist comments? It's nothing about any good policy she has. And Obama has probably done the same point scoring over comments etc.

Instead of attacking McCain, try supporting pro-liberty candidates like BJ Lawson, Brent Sanders, Vern McKinley, Amit Singh, and others. It's a more productive use of your energy.
