Youy'll be able to hand them to virtually anyone including people who would initially turn them down if they knew it was RP materials.
From there deloy them via 'Guerilla Pamphleteering" as pointed out below.

About that inflation rate:
Recently RP said it was 10 or 12% percent.
In July I seen kitco.com state it was 13.7%
