First please get pros to help with forming talking points and effectively manage PR on this one. Please.

I have been reading Ron Paul writings since 1988 when I voted for him. I have never seen anything remotely racist or bigoted. I believe his explanation. Beyond a long history of espousing libertarian ideals that are incompatible with racism Ron Paul was involved in a large volume of different books, newsletters and publishing of many kinds during and in between his terms in Congress. He was a famous name amoungst libertarians since his 1988 LP run and it is concievable Ron Paul was not aware of every article in every newsletter associated with his name.

Mentioning the black vote going towards the RP campaign but don't play the Ross Perot "there out to get me" card. I couldn't agree more with RP's assesment of a racist judical process but mentioning the drug war amnesty could be extreme for GOP voters?

my2cents thanks,
