Debate 28th?

So is the debate on the 28th still going on.. I tried to find out, but i couldn't find any information on it.

The energy forum "debate" originally set to be broadcast was changed to a "summit" when nobody but Clinton and Paul confirmed. Then there was some question as to whether MSNBC would actually broadcast Paul's speech. Since then Ron pulled out because it occurs on the same day that there are congressional votes due.
