If nothing else "Footloose something" used as a sound bite in conjunction with this is a no brainer.

Not as serious as we take it perhaps, but I figure a soundbite like that would:

Reach the people who actually liked the movie and identify with that "cool" character fighting the establishment.

Reach people who think of it as 'kitsch' -but still know the premise of the movie.

Another spin/soundbite could play up Footloose 1984, the year it was released. Adams footloose deals with the Orwellian '84.

Just riffin'.
