Dallas News: Long-shot GOP candidate Debra Medina stirs up the Tea Party crowd

Does this fall under the category of "No such thing as bad press"? :o

I guess we'll see. All we can do is keep doing what we're doing. It's funny though, because the more people turn out the worse it is for Medina. Alex Jones is based in Austin and has a large audience in Texas who by now all know of her. So the neo-cons are banking on a large voter turnout. Expect them to be busing people around and pushing "the Vote".

I predict that after the debate her numbers will increase. Give it two months and they won't be calling her a non-issue or a spoiler any more.

Do you feel there was a double standard when Enron, a corrupt business that could be considered "too big to fail" was not bailed out and its leaders were put in prison while the corrupt banks in New York get the tax dollars of Texans to stay in business and their leaders not only stay out of prison, but get to keep their jobs, salaries, and bonuses?

Oh SNAP!

Im not from Texas so I wont submit a question, but I bet a question about whether the candidate supports the Trans-Texas Corridor would be a GREAT question. While a lot of people think it's a conspiracy theory there's a lot of Texans very well aware of the plan. If Perry comes out for it, he looks like he's selling Texas down the road. If he says he doesnt support it then theres a flip flop. Medina would knock that question out of the park and have material to attack Perry with in the future.
