Daily SHow actually mentioned peter schiff and not simmons

In the episode last night with the arcade fire, the daily show actually talked about the race as a Linda/Peter race, I guess the blackout is over... a bit too late.

The reason I believe, has to do with Peter's appearance on the daily show a long time ago. I remember him being there, and Jon Stewart asked him personally if he was going to run for U.S. Senate.

yeah I remember that. he was actually pretty cool to Schiff. I guess he respected Schiff honesty and candor.

Ya, everybody on the news brings up Ron Paul's 2008 Presidential campaign now when they talk about him or interview him or his son.. but go back in time and try getting that out of them on 2/4/2008

Peter's appearance on the Daily Show a while back was actually pretty good! John Stewart actually gave him a good, funny interview. I remember one of Stewart's quotes being along the lines that if we didn't have the housing boom, episodes of cribs would be boring. Lol!

Exactly. They know who the candidates are and what they stand for. The blackout always ends right after they eliminate them.
