Rand Paul – We have questions

On Thursday evening during the Hannity show on Fox News Rand Paul endorsed Mitt Romney. After, the Liberty movement has been engulfed in a heated debate over what this endorsement means and to the future of the revolution vs. the establishment.

As someone who has dedicated everything I can to the Liberty movement and my vehement support for Ron Paul I know that certain principles must be in play if we are to resolve things and continue fighting for our future. One thing I love about Dr. Paul is his unwavering adherence to the way he interacts with others. What principle would Dr. Paul practice if he were not Ron Paul but a Ron Paul supporter?

Then, I remembered a quote I once read from a British Philosopher Herbert Spencer ““There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance — that principle is contempt prior to investigation.”

Rand Paul’s endorsement has created more questions than answers. So, I decided to reach out and to talk to the man himself.

Saturday morning I emailed Senator Paul’s office to request an interview with Rand Paul for Daily Paul Radio with Kurt Wallace. I promptly got a call this morning from Doug Stafford – that Senator Paul has agreed to do the interview. Doug told me that Senator Paul was very appreciative and looking forward to clearing the air. My only request was that they give me at least 24 hours to get questions submitted from the Daily Paul community, which they also agreed to without hesitation.

I have questions, you have questions!

Submit yours at the Daily Paul here.

Be a Leader in Liberty!

Kurt Wallace

Yeah, this isn't going to go well.

No matter what he says, he's just going to add more fuel to the fire.

As some people like to say, Rand has a way with words.
LOL...

He had better have a way with wizardry, because there's no way to reel people back in once they've made up their minds to despise someone.

We'll see. For those angry, the height of the anger is probably in the past.

I hope he blasts his critics. Please please please.

Here's my question for Rand: how do I get back the hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars I donated to the Ron Paul campaign?

To what end? To further ensconce them into their disgust for him? Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see this as having any benefit whatsoever.

This non-issue will continue to distract the freedom movement as long as there's new meat to the story. This is what always happens when the mainstream media finds a sideshow. Why would RPF or DailyPaul be any different?

blunt honesty takes a certain amount of true grit and guts

i think that rand is being brave to agree to this interview, well knowing that if most of
the questions are being screened, even the ones that remain that are way more polite
will have an edge to them anyway. he can say what is on his mind and how it does look
like to him, and where he thinks things are going from here. lets all listen to him, please!

Mitt and his camp are far from dumb. Any attacks from the right led by Rand means the beginning of the end for Romney. So in other words, Rand could have named his price for a multitude of pet issues, potential cabinet referrals and/or convention speaking slots. We're talking incredible leverage. I have a suspicion Romney is much more accomodating to Rand's issues behind the scenes, as opposed to the mainstream politician act he projects publicly. Joel Skousen talked abit about this game Romney plays.

actually many of us are reading things into what little we know.
he can clarify things into a sharper focus via the intervew on a
very favorable homeground inside a format that precludes any
ambush questions as the Daily Paul tries to get a handle on this.
we deserve answers and its nice of the good senator to try to
give us all a few at this critical point in time! i wish him luck!!!!

Mitt's people will be listening and so will ours. Quite a tightrope.

my question: ''with regards to electibility, do you have any sir?''...then everyone laughs...

ice breaker . Then ask about moms cookies next.

i think rand will be speaking in paragraphs intelligently
to the questions that are asked, and this will at least
preclude doctor ron paul from having to do a likewise.
