This touches upon a hot issue that seems to cause quite amount of conflict and dismay upon and between Ron Paul Supporters.

So, in the interest of dealing with the problem in a straightforward and practical manner, I propose we evaluate the various types of people who profess to share our cause and start an mini campaign within the campaign in order to distance ourselves from those elements.

What follows is a list, not even nearly complete, but fairly indicative of what we must purge from our rank and file.

Of course, I don't propose putting windows into the soul's of others but, similar to the don't ask don't tell policy, when certain things come to light, that person should no longer be welcome among our ranks.

Criteria of individuals we will have to purge from the Ron Paul Support Base:

-Agnostics

-self proclaimed patriots

-Bohemians

-Gypsies

-Gamers

-Geeks

-consumers of pornography

-providers of porn

-Goths

-Jehovah's Witnesses

-BDSM community members

-Prostitutes (paid/pro bono)

-Gamblers

-USS Liberty activists

-Gun enthusiasts

-Mormons

-Pot Smokers (medical/recreational)

-Drug users

-atheists

-Holocaust revisionists

-Punk rockers

-Abortion Clinic Protestors

-Motorcycle gang members

-John Birch society members

-Wiccans

-Pagans

-Hollow-Earthers

-Truthers

-White separatists (active/former)

-Survivalists

-Criticizers of the State of Israel

-Pacifists

-Transvestites

-Atlantologists

-Pentecostal Christians (speaking in tongues/snake handling)

-Black Panthers (active/former)

-Micheal Moore admirers

-Homosexuals (flamboyant/nelly/leather wearing/Out)

-Conscientious Objectors

-Income tax protesters

-Flat earthers

-Furrys

-Abraham Lincoln detractors

-Articles of the Confederation promoters

-Draft dodgers

-professed psychics, fortune tellers

-Muslims

-High school drop outs

-Creationists

-Jury Nullification advocates

It is important to note that this isn't a judgment or a suggestion of any illegality regarding any particular "group" of people, it's just a simple tool to help us reduce the likelihood that any association by certain types of people can't be used to "smear" Ron Paul's candidacy.

Do we really want punk hair cuts, tattoos, 9/11 Truth signs, scraggly beards, pierced noses and free condoms at Ron Paul rallies?

And that's just the visible stuff!

What happens when a reporter digs deeper and finds out that a Ron Paul supporter downloads porn off the Internet on a regular basis?

Or worse, what if word comes out that a Ron Paul supporter owns and operates a Porn Site?

What about that guy that keeps saying that Stalin killed more people than Hitler?

You see my point? We have to clamp down on this stuff and not allow it to be used against Ron Paul.

After all, if we all want to be free, we must be willing to give up some of our selfish beliefs, goals and ideas in order to secure that freedom. Just think what damage could be done if the press started pointing out what type of people supported Ron Paul!

Comments welcome.

Thank You.

Please note that nothing contained within this post actually represents the opinion of the original poster, Ron Paul or any other rational human being.

In principle I agree that all non-conformist must be excluded from the revolution, but how come pagans and hollow-earthers get to stay, but Furrys and flat-earthers have to leave? I think your shutgun approach is too narrowly focused. You should reload and take several step backward to increase the spread.

I'll have to amend this, thanks!

I did mention the list was incomplete, after all.

Dude, that's harsh...

but probably true.
I'm afraid I'll have to excuse myself, I might fit several of those categories...

On second thought, anyone other than Ron Paul is JUST NOT WORTHY!

WE ARE NOT WORTHY!

This is a ridiculous list? I'm an agnostic, might as well add me. Let's throw Muslims on there to.

Holy shit, I scrolled up and you did put Muslims on there.

This is a ridiculous policy. I could understand why you wouldn't want certain extremist groups such as the truthers, but this list is just appalling and it's very existence, according to your logic, could very well be used against us to paint the movement as a lot of pompous bigots.

Let those who support Ron Paul support Ron Paul.

His message is strong and anyone who will give it a fair listen is bound to at the very least respect his integrity.

Ron Paul meetup groups are not unlike Bohemian Grove ceremonies.

Thanks for your support, I have added Agnostics to the list.

You're welcome. Be careful not to include Righteous Douchebags. Wouldn't want to go off and create a ridiculous list harmful to your own cause only to realize you've gone and excluded yourself from all the fun.

Well, I would list that, but that term is fairly broad and covers many areas, I am trying to make this as easy to enforce/implement as possible. I mean we could put "Bad People" on the list but that's not very helpful.

We must be practical about these things.

Really?! Can I join your meetup group? Ours isn't anything like Bohemian Grove, unfortunately. I even have a robe left over from Job's Daughters.

Oh wait. I'm a woman. Can I still join? I promise I'll laugh at all the penis jokes.

Chicks are always welcome. Totally.
Also, effigies of Dubya and friends. Bring BDSM implements.

We should give every Ron Paul supporter an ID card with built in GPS, and if we find out any of them meet any of the criteria on this list, we need to hunt them down and kill them....... for freedom.

Kuldebar, all I have to say about your suggestion is this: shut the fuck up. I'm an atheist, and I can be a supporter of Ron Paul if I want. It would seem your criteria only allows an exact sort of person to 'be included': protestant, boring, peg-legged, comb-overed simpleton. Sounds like your 'revolution' would include about....23 people. Stop with the middle school exclusionary groupthink. Is this your clubhouse only? I think not.

Also, you are totally welcome based solely upon your chosen avatar.
