The onslaught against Rafael E. Cruz continues today April 26 from the voters in the original 13 states that ratified
the constitutional language voted in convention that makes Lyin' Ted ineligible for the Presidency or Vice-Presidency ever . . .

to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolved on,
any but a natural born Citizen
- Secretary of Foreign Affairs John Jay letter from New York City upon return from France to presiding officer at the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia colleague and personal friend George Washington after word got back to him that the government was changing - informed either by the NY delegation that already left the convention in protest or the horseback-brought message from Alexander Hamilton to NYC

So far the ratifying states have lined up a string of low delegates for Cruzers -

Cruz 3rd New Hamshire
Cruz 3rd South Carolina
Cruz 3rd Georgia
Cruz 3rd Virginia
Cruz 3rd New York
Cruz 4th Massachusetts

Maryland has the most of the 118 bound delegates decided by voters today - 38
- the only state with a patron saint, Maryland has been close for second place with Kasich ahead more in recently polling.

And Pennsylvania (17 bound), Delaware, Connecticut, and Rhode Island voters also get to make their call today.

Rhode Island - the 13th state to enter the Union after ratifying the Constitution -
may have the highest delegate per vote ?

This will be Rhode Island’s first Republican presidential primary with the nomination still in doubt since 2000.
Back then, just more than 35,000 people voted in the primary. If the number of participants is close to that this year,
a lot of delegates will be awarded for very few votes (just like in Delaware).

NC he got second as well, with bound delegates there split four ways.

New Jersey will be the last of the original 13 states to reject and repudiate Cruz, on June 7
