CPI jumps 5% in May of 2021, fastest since 2008

From 1985, a little before my time... but what a time to have been alive... how far we have fallen...

Once numbers are out for Aug - Dec 2025 inflation m expecting increases. Still guessing 40 doll silver in 2025 , 50 in 2027. Silver not demonstrated any ability to try and keep up like gold until past few monts

Still ticking along at about 3 as reported as I expected . Of course from 2000 to 2024 3 ment 7 1/2 so probably is still

Weird ting is GDP doing well , Ill take it because really I tink we need a one point cut across 4 mnts but dont guess we get more tan a 1/2 point before inflation rises again

Oldie but goldie:

Challenge: Listen to it all the way through... I've gotten 1 hour in so far... (comments suggest playing it at 2x speed to account for inflation since the video was uploaded...)

Fed likely to cut rates again next week because although inflation is still rising more than their 2% annual mandate (based only on bullshit CPI),
it's not rising hard enough.

How do they sell such intentionally destructive policy? By pumping stonks and claiming that
lower interest rates will cause more borrowing, because we're not in enough debt yet.

Need more debt and higher prices to complete the total dependency state.

Get the picture? Massive inflation, Massive debt is the Fed agenda. More than EVER BEFORE.

Got Gold?

Got Gold?
I have some but that's not the point. We're supposed to have a responsible goverment, not one working against us.
There is nothing special about gold. EVERYTHING has risen by the same ratio.

Why is it important for people to believe "there's nothing special about gold"? There's nothing special about gold to you. The vast majority of the world disagrees. So yeah, there's something special about gold.

Gold may not be the absolutely perfect CPI gauge, but it's a damned sight better than anything the government has come up with.

Somebody should list an "anti-dollar ETF"... I'd buy shares. Bundle gold, silver, oil, BTC, and maybe some BRICS currencies to boot. I'd buy that like a kid in a candy shop...
