It proves his vetoes would have been overridden.
That's why he issued that one as he was on the way out, to demonstrate why issuing more would have been useless and counterproductive.

So what. You veto them and force them to override you in another vote. You don't put your damned name on them.

And let's not pretend like he didn't have big signing parties where he congratulated himself for how important and great everything he just signed was.
 
car payment defaults move to 29 yr high , gdp for quarter came in at 4.9 percent , huge increase over previous quarter of 2.1 percent. No improvement in sight for inflation at this time

And then nobody votes for any of the good things you want or against any of the bad things you have a chance of stopping.
They also vote to convict and remove when manufactured charges are used for an impeachment.

When I walk into a store I can now just feel the inflation and smell it , it is like electricity in the air and the smell of moisture before a summer rain. That ol money supply just got away from them , took a couple of decades which is surprising in itself.
