Strange stat of the week. The Broncos and Chargers are the only teams to have 2 games where they held their opponent to single digit total points and also have 2 games where they gave up 40 or more, 41 and 42, and one of those was 60 or more, 63 and 70.

Honestly from what I've seen of Tom Landry on various YouTube videos he seemed like a really good coach. I haven't dug super deep, but on the few videos I've watched the word innovator is used quite often. It seemed like under Landry's tenure the Cowboys had something they severely lack now: class. Who is to blame for the current state of affairs? A lot of people incorrectly like to point the finger at Jerry Jones. From my experience it is the Cowboy's fan base. They're just just insufferable.

I was thinking about this. I cannot really recall the Fins being involved in much controversy. Nothing like the infamous White House the Cowboys got involved in. Just the usual little stuff like a player gets caught with weed or coke in their car. Or using PEDs.

I don't really follow off the field situations. I didn't know about the White House situation in Dallas. The only off the field situations that would make me hate a team would be something that happened with Penn State.

Even though I had Miami picked in the pool here was rooting for the Bills. Damn NFL and their “exclusive Peacock” game meant I couldn’t see the Steeler game if Miami won.
