What difference does it make. My guess is there are few if any situations on 4 down when an interceptions is beneficial to the team that did the interception. Better to not catch the ball then the team gets possession with better field position.

In a crowd on a hail mary might be better to catch it, especially if it's a deflection.

Eagles have been pulling games out of their backside all year. Nothing really stands out with them. Good 3rd down and red zone numbers but their defense is bad in those categories. Dallas is better than them.

San Fran, Baltimore, and Miami are the best teams. Miami has a chance for a Super Bowl appearance now that Shula the fraud isn't their coach.

I'm not on here to trash coaches from back in the day. Sure we could pick apart their records and try to decide who is the GOAT.

Honestly from what I've seen of Tom Landry on various YouTube videos he seemed like a really good coach. I haven't dug super deep, but on the few videos I've watched the word innovator is used quite often. It seemed like under Landry's tenure the Cowboys had something they severely lack now: class. Who is to blame for the current state of affairs? A lot of people incorrectly like to point the finger at Jerry Jones. From my experience it is the Cowboy's fan base. They're just just insufferable.

They were the first to use computers for scouting and evaluating players. Drafted athletes before college programs became the training ground for the offenses the NFL runs.
