CaptUSA, sam1952, and tebowlives get wins. More importantly the record for high score, 14 out of 15 in 2019 by tebowlives, still stands. The wins are more meaningful now as the playoffs near.

Am I in some alternative universe right now? I'm the only person who took the Browns over the Broncos? A lot of my picks I guess or pick out of like or dislike, but on this one I looked at the stats. The moneyline is even questionable the Browns are +115 and the Broncos are -135.
Here are some stats that jump out at me:

Total Offense ranking Browns #19. Broncos #23
Passing Browns #26. Broncos #24
Rushing Browns #3. Broncos#14
Scoring. Browns#14. Broncos#15

Now for defense where the gaps get crazy.
Total Defense ranking. Browns#1. Broncos#32
Pass Defense Browns#1. Broncos#24
Rush Defense. Browns#11. Broncos#32
Scoring Defense Browns#6. Broncos#30

Yeah I know about the Browns injuries and they still beat the Steelers, but that isn't really saying much. Maybe I'm just totally wrong and if the Browns lose everyone can say I told you so.

couple of great nfl franchises in action today , the Portsmouth Spartans that I nearly once bought ( lions) and the Redskins. The Redskins especially storied with former greats like Kirk Cousins ( team record holder for passing yards for season , 4917 in 2016 ) , Sammy Baugh , team season punting avg record holder ( 51.4 in 1940), Franchise leader in TD passes, 187.

Packers-Lions right before the half. After the fair catch the Pack could have tried a free kick. Would have been 66 yards with no opposition. Instead they run 1 play, gained 11 yards, which moved the kick 4 yards closer. A time out, then a 62 yard attempt with a snap and against a pass rush.

Madden once told me in the 70's whoever scores the most points wins. These teams score the same amount of points, Broncos should have slight edge in passing /QB which along with kicking might determine the game. If you want to make a few bucks on a game like this youd roll the dice and take the under

Fair enough. I must admit my bias I just don't like the Broncos I think they are a bad football team that need a total rebuild. I mean stats don't lie they have the worst defense in the NFL.

...at which point I generally don't bet against the Broncos when the game is at The Stadium With No Air.

An NFL Thanksgiving story. Twenty Five years ago on Thanksgiving Vikings rookie wide rec Randy Moss puts up greateast ever Thanksgiving performance, three catches , 163 yards and three touchdowns as the Vikings scored 46 points cruising to another double digit road victory against a team not really worth mentioning. ( cowboys)

Detroit all time on Thanksgiving 37 - 43 - 2. Vikings 5 - 2 , undefeated againt the cowboys of course , only losses a 6 point loss at Detroit when Warren Moon came up a bit short and a 3 point loss at Detroit when Sam Bradford came up short

Dunno what Thanksgiving has to do with winning Super Bowls?

The Browns don't have a QB
