Wow. How the IMF/World Bank screwed Zambia is quite similar to how the "economic hitman" interviewed in Zeitgeist: Addendum described their modes operandi.

"You owe us a lot of money. Sell your mines for next to nothing."

Yes indeed. "Their m o is so predictable once you see the whole picture. What will they do to the US who has the largess debt of all?

The World Bank and IMF are U.S. banks based in the U.S....so I wouldn't be concerned about them...our foreign debtors are what bother me...bu the X-factor is we possess the most powerful military in the world...and at any given moment we could annihilate any country...even Russia or China...in the blink of an eye...basically our debtors coming to us and demanding they be repaid is akin to you or I visiting a prime Mike Tyson...then telling him we'll kick his ass if he doesn't repay the money we lent him.

I see your point but if US the bully doesn't repay their monetary debt to society I'm pretty sure they'll be some huge karmic debt to pay. Either way, the worst is yet to come IMO.
