Cops Choke, Arrest 14 Year Old For 'Dehumanizing Stares"

Dehumanizing stares?

Please...

These cops do a good enough job of that by themselves.

The video on that site is annoying as all fuck. The commercial is on repeat. So, here's the tube of it.

listen at ~1:50. The guy makes some really bizarre claims about how "unusual" body language constitutes "resisting arrest". What the flying fuck?

Consider it an object lesson for the future 3 felonies a day offender.

Lesson: We basically own you.

If there was anything 'dehumanizing' it was the way the cop handled the 14 year old kid.

I am quite shocked the cop didn't shoot the dog for getting in his way.

Disgusting...really disgusting.

It was the dog that screwed this kid. Especially a puppy. Kid should have known better. Cops can't stand the site of cute little puppies being alive.

Yeah I caught that. As he is being choked with his hands out in front of him.

The cop who mentioned an 'immediate threat' was even worse.

The pig accosted the youngin, the youngin didn't stop his activities and acknowledge the supreme power the pig thought he had. (in actuality, has)

It happens a lot. I grew up a little before the cell phone cameras. What I wish I had on tape..

This kid will get over that one. His next dozen or so harrassments as well. He will just learn to distrust all pigs. I wonder if they consider that a job well done? Yeah,... they probably do.

14-Year-Old Carrying a Puppy Slammed and Choked by Police For Staring At Them ‘Wrong’

1. Most cops are dicks.

2. I dunno why the 14-year-old part is relevant since the kid is as big as many adults.

It contributes to why he may have resisted arrest. At 14 your brain isn't fully developed yet. Regardless he should have never been put in that position to begin with for just giving someone a funny look.

Poor puppy injured its paw. :(

I have no doubt that this young thug, and his degenerate family, are all either lying or delusional about his behavior.

It is quite possible to present yourself as a threat that needs to be addressed, even from that distance and without words. Staring isn't the same thing as staring down. Clinched fists, and probably a puffed out chest, and many other such gestures directly aimed at the officers, do justify going to speak with the thug. Once that conversation starts or the officers approach him, it's a very short trip from there to pinning him like this if his non-cooperation was as aggressive up-close as it was from a distance.

I also do not doubt the officers likely made some mistakes, and are probably just like other cops and far too quick to use too much force.

But, given the choice, I'd take a world dominated by those officers than one dominated by those thugs any day of the week. This guy, and all his little thug friends, and all the broken families associated with them have probably made an entire section of his city unlivable for decent people. The officers are then the front line to bring some sort of order. I sympathize with all the cop-bashing here. Most of it is justified. But it also seems clear that you all don't have any idea how destructive people like this little thug are to society.

Oops, stormfront is thatta way. ===>

As a former peace officer, you don't EVER, EVER, choke hold someone like that! In the worst situation, you can put them in the sleeper by constricting their carotid artery until they lose consciousness, but you never, ever constrict their airway.

How could a 14 year old stare at you wrong? Did he have his hand in his pocket in what appeared to be a weapon? Maybe the kid just doesn't like cops?

Criminals are accountable for their actions, cops are not. Why you would prefer the latter is a little disturbing.
