A plethora of scriptural evidence exists to confirm the above conclusion that Satan is in control of human governments and all worldly authority. For starters:

1 John 5:19: We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of Satan.

According to John, the world is under the control of Satan, just as Satan himself claimed during Jesus’ temptation.

A constant theme throughout the New Testament is the warning against becoming too involved with Satan’s world. The earthly world is identified as Satan’s realm, while Christians are called to reject the world and follow God. The following are just a couple of such passages:

Rather than following earthly authority, that authority which comes from Satan, Christians are called upon to follow God’s authority, and the authority of the teachings of God’s son, Jesus.

One of the examples I use is that Jesus didn't call the Law or beat the Rich man over his head with bible verses when he refused to give everything away and follow him...

I think you are missing my point-- there are people who call themselves Christians who cheer on the boys in blue and have no qualms about the police state and make excuses for police brutality. They also think the police are there to protect them. This comes from the clergy they listen to and also not understanding the Bible correctly.

Who knows? We've only been at this 8 years or so. Political change takes around 20.

I personally have been fighting for legal weed for 40 years....

I say fuck peaceful political change at this point.

Thousands of families are ruined by the profiteers every year for a plant, and that's just one issue I have with the "Just-Us" system that uses kops as their cludgeon....
