Did you see the video? This person is seriously, violently insane. Maybe I'm being a bit dramatic, a person who is unstable enough something like this is a very real danger to everyone who might come in contact with him. There is no doubt that people who torture, hurt, and kill animals for no good reason are likely to be just as hostile and violent toward people. This is pretty well established fact and has been for quite some time. (wasn't it Jeffrey Dahmer-and a number of others-who was originally into torturing animals?)

How so? Responding to warlike aggression from foreigners with (declared) warlike aggression is legitimate, yes? It's not like this was punk kids being assholes. We have uniformed soldiers/officers marching onto someone's property and shooting their pet multiple times for no good reason.
