Biden is going to split the not Clinton vote so Clinton can win the nomination. Carly is just a media distortion to create the illusion that the republican party doesn't hate Woman the same way that that Herman Cain was a distortion in 2012 to make it seem like Republicans don't hate black people. The split the non-Clinton vote plan is plausible from the viewpoint that Biden is a weak Presidential candidate (backed up by the record of his previous runs). But the complication is the email scandal, that could lead to Hillary getting indicted, making Biden the viable mainstream alternative.
