Pretty big of them... I wonder if the shoe was on the other foot and they were kicking the *insert 4 letter word here* out of us if we would be so courteous. My intuition is no way... we would be vindictive... nasty... rude.. and plain ol' sourpusses. Yes I said sourpusses. Feel free to disagree with me on this, because I'm just guessing, because as far as I'm concerned we'll never have to worry about them being better at this grassroots thing because we're just more passionate for our candidate hands down.

I think it may have something to do with the way we see this election. For the supporters of the other candidates it's like a regular sporting event, they've chosen their team and they want their candidate to win. A lot of us, on the other hand, see this election for what it is: possibly our last stand against the tyranny of every other major candidate.

Huckabee is nothing but a jack booted thug who wants to ban cigarettes, keep the war on drugs going strong, invade Iran, force his moral values on others, keep spending high, and do nothing to reduce the size of government!

The only reason he is going up in the FAKE polls is because the mainstream media gives him 100 times the media attention they give Ron Paul. The only reason they are doing so is because Huckabee is a fellow neo-con and they are TERRIFIED of Ron Paul!

Lets not get distracted by Huckabee and his neo-con supporters.

Well, in fairness, most Hucksters still believe the lies told by the NEOs, so they are understandably way less bitter.

I agree that some of our brothers should have better manners tho.

What he did was to display a very "Christ-like" attitude about the event - ie giving blessing in the face of cursing. A thing which some of us do likewise and some of us do not. Not surprising, as RP garners support from a whole spectrum of peoples, to include both Christians and Atheists. Of course, there are some very good reasons why Christians should support RP moreso than MH, but in the face of such conciliation, this thread was not the right time to attempt to pound that wedge IMHO.
