The income tax (and any tax) is immoral, which is a much better argument than how unconstitutional the tax is. The unconstitutional argument just distracts from the real problem.

Courts do not care much for morality only law, that is the language they speak.

That book makes a very convincing case that the government is collecting an illegal tax (from a constitutional point of view)
from individuals, due to the elaborate deception of the tax code and the assistance of ignorant and/or corrupt judges when
it comes to incarcerating those that point out the illegality.

If you read the entire work I pointed to above, you shall likely be convinced.

It is by far the most precise analysis of the matter I have ever seen.
