I restickied this when the lawsuit was filed in Louisiana. I'm hoping an opportunity will arise there.

Current me that thinks that past me was a little harsh to write "Fail"....There are so many "me-es".
My opinion oscillates regarding this....as time passes by I am more and more pessimistic about chances that it will "move forward".
