-Combat Vets for Ron Paul March for Liberty- Austin,TX. -You don't have to be a COMBAT vet to take part in the March.
- More information and updates will follow.
- Please request to join the group page to get organized. Right now we need just need a solid headcount.
-We will be marching in formation up Congress Ave, leading the parade.
-Don't worry if your close order drill is rusty- that's not the point.
-Please be prepared to show DD214 or other proof of service to join the formation- we want to be legit.
-You don't have to be a combat vet.
-Please RSVP for formation by May 15th. If you can't make it in time for our march please try to make the rally.
-The point of contact for this event is Grady Fowles. For formation and details, contact me on the group page or message me directly if you need to and I will get back to you ASAP, in some cases it may take up to 48 hours, due to my work schedule.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE: My fellow veterans, we have all taken the oath to defend our Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.
We swore to defend our homeland and fight for the liberty of all Americans. You are needed now! There is an uphill battle happening in this country- one with dire consequences for our nation. As the federal government tramples our Constitution, takes away more and more of our rights, and our money, and the media try to censor and control our election process, the tide of Ron Paul supporters is rising. The media cannot blackout our message of liberty forever. On May 19th join us in showing Texas and the rest of the world that Ron Paul is the choice of the troops.
Combat veterans for Ron Paul (www.cvrp2012.com) has been asked to lead the expected 10,000+ Texas for Ron Paul Rally and music festival in a march up Congress Ave to the State Capitol to kick off the Rally.( Find more information about the event and get your tickets for the rally and concert at www.texasforronpaul.com) The venue holds 10,000 and this event will definitely sell out.
