Colorado Republicans split delegate votes btwn Romney unified Paul and Santorum supporters

I still feel like the chairman\vote counters just gave Romney 8 of the 12 delegates at the convention...

some of our people who didn't get heads up of a unity slate voted off slate for their own people to go to national. that couldn't have helped.

Not true. Many didn't vote for the Santorum people on the slate, but then the Santorum table was actively telling people not to do it either (effectively breaking any deal the campaign had worked out). And at state, pretty much everyone did vote for the campaign slate, and a second grassroots slate was also put out (with eventually endorsement from some campaign people), so that Paulers would have someone to cast their additional 12 votes for (instead of just scattering them). But between the two slates, people were only being told to vote for 23 people (and they had 24 votes).

Here's a decent article on the outcome:

Although, I still haven't been able to independently confirm that each of the 12 Paul delegates, are in fact Paulers. The campaign has been deliberately circumspect about this.

Get active people. Spread the word to those on your email lists.

I just sent The Washington Times article talking about this CO upset to all my DE Republicans in my email list. I know some of these were Santorum supporters and some are still fence sitters. DE is a closed state. Told them to not forget about voting this April 24th.
