Good numbers for Paul in my opinion. Maybe he'll soon be in double digits after a Kentucky boost.

One factor that gives some hope too is that only 7% of those surveyed were under the age of 30.

9% is very good - he's been averaging just 8% and occasionally 7% in these PPP state polls lately.

Colorado I would think is a fairly libertarian state, so I suppose this is to be expected.

However, he drew just 7% in New Hampshire.

When I think of fairly libertarian states, I think Arizona, New Hampshire, Colorado, Nevada, and some of the big sky states: Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Alaska.
