Based on the video, I assume Ron is cutting back on the campaign (and probably staff), but still not dropping out, and that the grassroots are free to continue campaigning.
we dont believe the msm,but a majority of americans do,so choice of words would of been better, but hey they gave the msm ammo to confuse and thats exactly what they are doing. HQ needs new leadership who knows what words to use and not to use

Does it really matter though? I mean... he's been ghost in the MSM all this time anyway - people already thought he dropped out a long time ago... so to see these headlines of HINTING at dropping out is funny as hell actually! The people who matter are the delegates, and as long as people are becoming delegates right now that is what matters. The chances of MSM converting anyone was never there anyway, especially after the first Super Tuesday.
PHASE II begins! Time to leave the reliance on the campaign behind... it's up to us. That is the message. Just stay the course until September regardless of the nomination.
winding down - To diminish gradually in energy, intensity, or scope
Jesse Benton did not say that RP was droping out, but the campaign was winding down... a gradual decend rather than a drop. Ron Paul said the same thing as Jesse Benton, so where is the confusion?
Exactly, RP should have hired smart people onto the campaign back in November and early December and asked for advice. I don't see where that happened.
